The Blackwood Mineral Springs was the venue for Ashlee and Joshua's wedding in April. Who knew this place even existed? But goodness me, what a beautiful venue! And what a beautiful couple. These two just made me laugh, they clearly have a wicked sense of humour, and in meeting their families, it was very clear where this humour came from. Ashlee and Joshua decided to have the "Wine Box Ceremony" as a celebratory ritual, but they adjusted it to reflect their true selves, and instead of a bottle of wine they had a bottle of bourbon, which will be stored for a year, along with their love letters to each other, in a divine hand made wooden box. Ashlee and Joshua, thank you for having me as your celebrant and congratulations on your marriage xx
